Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every purchase from Mannan Technologies Private Limited ("Agentive", "we"), on agentive.co.in or inside our apps. It explains how our services are delivered and how long it takes to go live. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

1. Digital services only

Agentive is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped: no hardware, no SIM card and no device. This covers all our products:

  • Agentive Voice: business phone numbers, call menu (IVR), team calling from the web and mobile apps, call recording, dialer and calling campaigns, voice broadcast, bulk SMS, AI voice agents and WhatsApp.
  • Agentive Chat: the AI chat agent for your website and WhatsApp, and the WhatsApp marketing suite.
  • Agentive CRM: leads, pipelines and follow-ups, included with the Phone + CRM plan.

2. Where you get access

  • Agentive Voice at voice.agentive.co.in.
  • Agentive Chat at app.agentive.co.in.
  • Agentive CRM at crm.agentive.co.in.
  • The Agentive apps for Android and iOS bring all three to your phone: calls, WhatsApp and chat conversations, and your CRM leads. Agentive Chat works in the app on its own, without Agentive Voice or Agentive CRM.
  • WhatsApp is available in both Agentive Voice and Agentive Chat. Agentive CRM comes with the Phone + CRM plan, so every CRM account also has Agentive Voice.
  • Your sign-in details are sent to the e-mail address you register with.

3. How long it takes to go live

  • Agentive Voice. Most businesses are live in about 10 minutes. Every business phone number in India needs business verification (KYC), so going live is subject to KYC approval. Most verifications are approved instantly. Some cases need a manual check by our team, which can take 24 to 48 hours. You choose your number once your verification is approved.
  • AI voice agents. Most businesses have their AI voice agent answering calls in about 10 minutes, subject to KYC approval in the same way. A custom setup, such as a large knowledge base, several languages or a complex call flow, can take longer, and we agree the date with you.
  • Agentive Chat. Your AI chat agent can be live on your website in about 10 minutes. Agentive Chat does not need business verification. WhatsApp needs Meta to approve your WhatsApp Business Account, number and display name, and those timings are set by Meta.
  • Bulk SMS. Your SMS credit is ready as soon as you pay. Sending starts once your sender header and message templates are approved on the telecom operators' DLT platform, which is required for every business that sends SMS in India.
  • Agentive CRM. Ready as soon as your Phone + CRM plan is live.

These are typical times, not a guarantee.

4. Help with setup

Our team can help you set up your numbers, call menu, team members, AI agents, WhatsApp and campaigns, on a call if you prefer.

5. No delivery charges

There are no shipping, delivery or handling charges on any purchase.
