This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on agentive.co.in, operated by Mannan Technologies Private Limited.
Agentive is a 100% digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides AI-powered AI agent creation and deployment. There are no physical goods, products, or materials associated with your purchase. Therefore, no physical shipping, delivery, or logistics are involved.
This applies to all three of our products. Our AI Chat Agent, our Cloud Telephony product (Indian DID numbers, IVR, outbound dialer, multi-agent panels, call recording, voicemail), and our AI Voice Agent are all delivered as cloud services through the Agentive dashboard. No hardware, SIM card, or physical asset is shipped to you as part of standard provisioning.
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the Agentive platform at app.agentive.co.in. Your account will be activated immediately, and you can start creating and deploying AI chat agents with your wallet balance.
Cloud Telephony is activated on a same-day basis in most cases for Indian businesses, subject to KYC verification, the upstream telecom operator's confirmation, and successful allocation of a new Indian DID number. The AI Voice Agent typically goes live within twenty-four (24) hours of activation, once your knowledge base, prompts, voice selection, fallback handling, and at least one DID have been configured by you or with assistance from our onboarding team. Timelines for both products may vary where additional verification, custom configuration, or special use cases are involved.
Access to the Service is delivered digitally through:
New Indian DID numbers requested through Cloud Telephony are typically allocated and activated on a same-day basis, subject to KYC verification, available DID inventory with the upstream telecom operator, and your acceptance of the assigned number. Activation may take additional time where the requested geography or number format requires special routing or operator-level review.
Port-in of an existing Indian number from another operator to Agentive typically completes in the order of seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days, depending on the donor operator and on regulatory timelines for number portability in India. You will be notified at each stage of the port-in workflow.
SIP trunk capacity, concurrent-call caps, and any custom routing arrangements are configured on your organisation as part of activation. Custom configurations, such as multi-trunk failover, dedicated trunk allocation, or international call routing where supported, may extend the activation timeline and are completed in coordination with our onboarding team.
The AI Voice Agent typically goes live within twenty-four (24) hours of activation, once at least one Indian DID is allocated to your organisation, the agent's prompt, voice, language preferences, fallback number, and transfer-to-human routing are configured, and any knowledge base content required for the agent has been added. Where you require multilingual voice configuration, complex call flows, deep CRM integration, or scripted compliance disclosures, the activation timeline may extend, and we will agree a target activation date with you during onboarding.
Our onboarding team is available to help with KYC, DID selection, IVR build-out, AI Voice Agent prompt design, dialer setup, and human-agent panel rollout. Where required, we will schedule onboarding sessions with you to confirm the configuration before the service is switched to production traffic.
Since Agentive is a digital product, there are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or handling costs associated with your purchase.
The Agentive platform is available 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection. We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. Any scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
