Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Agentive users can request deletion of account data, customer conversation data, WhatsApp integration data, Meta-derived data, uploaded template media, and stored credentials. It is provided for Agentive customers and for Meta App Review data deletion requirements.

The same channel applies to data created and stored when you use our Cloud Telephony product (Indian DID numbers, IVR, outbound dialer, multi-agent panels, call recording, voicemail) and our AI Voice Agent. You can request deletion of call recordings, voicemail audio, AI Voice Agent transcripts, dialer contact lists, campaign data, and call metadata using the steps below.

1. Request Deletion by Email

Email hello@agentive.co.in from the email address connected to your Agentive account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:

  • Your full name and registered Agentive email address
  • Your organization or workspace name
  • The WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or Meta asset you want removed, if applicable
  • Whether you want only the integration disconnected or the entire Agentive account deleted
  • If you want Cloud Telephony or AI Voice Agent data removed: the Indian DID number(s), campaign name(s), call identifier(s), date range, and any specific caller phone number(s) involved
  • If you want a contact list, dialer campaign, or imported lead data removed: the campaign or list name and the date it was uploaded
  • If you want a caller's history removed from the returning-caller memory used by your AI Voice Agent: the specific caller phone number(s)

2. Disconnect Meta or WhatsApp Access

You may also revoke Agentive's access from your Meta account or Business Settings where available. Revoking access stops future access to the connected Meta or WhatsApp assets, but you should still email us if you want stored Agentive records deleted from our systems.

3. What We Delete

After verifying your request, we delete or de-identify applicable records, including:

  • Agentive account and organization data associated with the request
  • Connected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers
  • Encrypted WhatsApp API credentials or access tokens stored in Agentive
  • WhatsApp message templates, template status records, and uploaded template media
  • Conversation logs, contact records, message metadata, webhook events, and analytics tied to the account
  • Knowledge base content and AI agent configuration data tied to the deleted workspace
  • Call recordings (WAV or OGG audio) and voicemail audio stored against your organisation
  • AI Voice Agent transcripts, call summaries, and intent or outcome labels generated by the agent
  • Call metadata, including caller and callee numbers, timestamps, duration, disposition, end-reason, and IVR keypress logs, tied to the calls or DIDs in scope of the request
  • Outbound dialer contact lists, imported leads, campaign records, and per-contact call results tied to the campaigns in scope of the request
  • Returning-caller memory entries and per-caller statistics held against the phone numbers in scope of the request
  • Blocked-caller entries and caller-stats rows associated with the deleted scope, where applicable
  • AI Voice Agent prompt history, voice configuration, and per-agent settings tied to a deleted workspace or agent

4. Timing and Exceptions

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a longer period where required for legal compliance, tax and payment records, fraud prevention, security investigations, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. Where full deletion is not possible for those reasons, we limit access and retain only what is necessary.

For Cloud Telephony and AI Voice Agent, certain call detail records, billing entries, and security-event logs are retained for the lifetime of your account so that invoices, audit trails, and abuse-prevention controls remain intact. Where the underlying call audio or transcript has been deleted, the corresponding metadata may be retained in a reduced or de-identified form for those purposes. Information held by the upstream telecom operators and SIP trunk providers that carried your calls is subject to their own retention, lawful-interception, and regulatory obligations and is not under our direct control.

Call recordings, voicemail audio, and AI Voice Agent transcripts that fall within the default retention window (up to ninety (90) days from the date of the call) are also scheduled for deletion on a rolling basis, independent of any specific request. The default retention window may change from time to time as we improve the platform.

5. Confirmation

After processing your request, we will send confirmation to your registered email address. If we need more information to verify the account or locate the relevant Meta or WhatsApp assets, we will contact you before completing the deletion.
