Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how Agentive users can request deletion of account data, customer conversation data, WhatsApp integration data, Meta-derived data, uploaded template media, and stored credentials. It is provided for Agentive customers and for Meta App Review data deletion requirements.
1. Request Deletion by Email
Email hello@agentive.co.in from the email address connected to your Agentive account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:
- Your full name and registered Agentive email address
- Your organization or workspace name
- The WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or Meta asset you want removed, if applicable
- Whether you want only the integration disconnected or the entire Agentive account deleted
2. Disconnect Meta or WhatsApp Access
You may also revoke Agentive's access from your Meta account or Business Settings where available. Revoking access stops future access to the connected Meta or WhatsApp assets, but you should still email us if you want stored Agentive records deleted from our systems.
3. What We Delete
After verifying your request, we delete or de-identify applicable records, including:
- Agentive account and organization data associated with the request
- Connected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers
- Encrypted WhatsApp API credentials or access tokens stored in Agentive
- WhatsApp message templates, template status records, and uploaded template media
- Conversation logs, contact records, message metadata, webhook events, and analytics tied to the account
- Knowledge base content and chatbot configuration data tied to the deleted workspace
4. Timing and Exceptions
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained for a longer period where required for legal compliance, tax and payment records, fraud prevention, security investigations, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. Where full deletion is not possible for those reasons, we limit access and retain only what is necessary.
5. Confirmation
After processing your request, we will send confirmation to your registered email address. If we need more information to verify the account or locate the relevant Meta or WhatsApp assets, we will contact you before completing the deletion.
