You pick a plan and a billing term of 3, 6 or 12 months and pay for that term up front. The monthly price is the same on every term, only the calling differs: incoming is unlimited on all three, the 3 month term includes 2 hours a day of outgoing with a top-up option, and the 6 and 12 month terms include unlimited outgoing. The AI voice agent and voice broadcast campaigns are not part of the plan. They run on prepaid recharges you top up when you want, so you pay only for the minutes you use. Your numbers, calls and recordings run on infrastructure hosted in India, so customer data stays in the country. Calls and recordings are encrypted and access is role-based. Recordings are kept 30 days on the Business Phone plan and 90 days on the All-in-One Phone + CRM plan, and twice as long on yearly plans. We build in line with India's DPDP Act.

An Indian business number needs a quick KYC, which is a standard telecom requirement. You share basic business and identity proof, we guide you through it, and your number is ready once it is verified. There is nothing technical to do at your end.

Yes. Agentive comes with its own built-in CRM, and it also connects to the CRM, helpdesk or store your team already works in, so calls, contacts and recordings land there and your team can click to call from it. Connections are available as an add-on, one is included on half-yearly CRM plans, and a premium connection comes with yearly CRM plans. Anything else connects through our API and webhooks.
