Our Story
For years we ran D2C brands and an e-commerce education business. Leads came in around the clock. WhatsApp, the website, missed calls. Hundreds every day. We could not reply fast enough.
We tried hiring. We tried managing. Salaries went up. Quality went down. New people took weeks to train. Nights and weekends were impossible to cover. Even on our best days we lost sales because we replied too slow, or not at all.
We needed something that would just work. Always on. Trained on our business. Sounded like us.
So we built it. First, an AI chat agent for the website and WhatsApp. It replied in seconds, in the right language, with the right answer. Late-night customers stopped slipping away. Lead conversion went up. Support tickets came down.
Then an AI voice agent for the phone. It picks up the call, talks naturally in Hindi or English, takes bookings, answers questions, and hands off to a real person when it should.
The next gap was the phone system itself. We tried every Indian cloud telephony provider. Hidden charges. Setup took weeks. Support sat in a ticket queue. Half the features cost extra, the other half barely worked.
So we built our own cloud telephony on Indian numbers and Indian trunks. IVR, call recording, voicemail, multi-agent panels and an outbound dialer, all in one place. No hardware, live in a day.
